BREMER Law Firm has advised Montefiore Investment S.A.S. as Saudi antitrust counsel through an in close cooperation with lead counsel Shearman & Sterling on the acquisition of sole control over EXAS.r.l. by Montefiore Investment S.A.S. from Alcedo SGR S.p.A. and Cordusio Fiduciaria S.p.A. BREMER Law Firm advised Montefiore Investment S.A.S. on and assisted them with procuring clearance for the transaction from the General Authority for Competition (GAC), the Saudi Arabian merger control authority. The BREMER team was led by Dr. Nicolas Bremer, head of M&A and Merger Control at BREMER Law Firm. Dr. Bremer was assisted by Ahmed Rabie, and Karim Amr.
