BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Saudi Arabia, alongsie Travers Smith LLP as lead counsel for Private Equity Partners LLP and DWF Group Plc in their acquisition of DWF Group Plc by Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP. BREMER advised Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP and successfully represented them in procuring clearance for the transaction from the Saudi General Authority for Competition (GAC). The BREMER team was comprised of Dr. Nicolas Bremer, Mohamed Fouda, Karim Amr and Maryam Abdelgwad.
