BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Saudi Arabia alongside Travers Smith LLP as lead counsel for Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP (Inflexion) in their acquisition of 40 percent of the Healthcare Division from GlobalData plc (GlobalData) through Inflexion's wholly owned subsidiary Washington Bidco Limited. BREMER asvised Inflexion and successfully represented them in procuring merger control clearance from the Saudi General Authority for Competition (GAC). The BREMER team compromised of Dr. Nicolas Bremer, Mariem Saad, Asmaa Eldesoky and Seifeldin Sameh.
