BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Saudi Arabia alongside Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP as lead counsel for Roark Capital Partners VI (T) LP in their acquisition of a to-be-formed wholly owned subsidiary of Subway Worldwide Holdings, LLC by Underground Purchaser, LLC from Eastwood Trust 2 dated September 23, 2020, Elisabeth C. DeLuca Revocable Trust dated March 6, 2007, as amended, and Estate of Peter Buck. BREMER advised Roark Capital Partners VI (T) LP and successfully represented them in procuring merger control clearance from the Saudi General Authority for Competition (GAC). The BREMER team was compromised of by Dr. Nicolas Bremer, Mariem Saad, Fatma Elnokaly and Ahmed Rabie.
