BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Egypt, alongside Latham & Watkins as lead counsel, for J.F. Shea Co., Inc. in their acquisition of Universal Motion Components' mechanized irrigation systems business. BREMER advised J.F. Shea Co., Inc. and successfully represented them in procuring merger control clearance from the Egyptian Competition Authority (ECA).
