BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Egypt, alongside Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP as lead counsel, for Consolis group in their recaptialization transaction with their creditors. BREMER advised Consolis group and successfully represented them in procuring merger control clearance from the Egyptian Competition Authority (ECA). The BREMER team comprised of Dr. Nicolas Bremer, Maryam Abdelgwad, Seifeldin Sameh and Ahmed Abdelgwad.
