BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Saudi Arabia, alongside NAGASHIMA OHNO & TSUNEMATSU as lead counsel, for Mitsui O.S.K. s in their acquisition of shares in Gearbulk Holding AG by Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. from Halberton Holding AG. BREMER advised Mitsui O.S.K. and successfully represented them in procuring merger control clearance from the Saudi General Authority for Competition (GAC). The BREMER team comprised of Dr. Nicolas Bremer LL.B., Mariem Saad, Ahmed Abdelgawad, and Naira Hassan.
