BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Saudi Arabia alongside Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Floam LLP as lead counsel for Honeywell International, Inc. in their acquisition of Carrier Global Corporation's t electronic access control business. BREMER advised Honeywell International, Inc. and successfully represented them in procuring merger control clearance from the Saudi General Authority for Competition (GAC) .The BREMER team comprised of Dr. Nicolas Bremer, Mariem Saad, Fatma Elnokaly, and Asmaa Eldesoky.
