BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Egypt, alongside Allen & Overy LLP for Hapag-Lloyd Damietta GmbH, Eurogate Damietta GmbH, Contship Damietta Srl, Middle East Logistics & Consultants Group, and Ship & C.R.E.W. Egypt S.A.E. on the formation of a joint venture under the name: "Damietta Alliance Container Terminal S.A.E." by and among Hapag-Lloyd Damietta GmbH, Eurogate Damietta GmbH, Contship Damietta Srl, Middle East Logistics & Consultants Group, and Ship & C.R.E.W. BREMER advised Hapag-Lloyd Damietta GmbH, Eurogate Damietta GmbH, Contship Damietta Srl, Middle East Logistics & Consultants Group, and Ship & C.R.E.W. and successfully represented them in their settelment and in procuring clearance for the transaction from the Egyptian Competition Authority (ECA).
