BREMER Law Firm has advised Mitsubishi Corporation and FEV Consulting GmbH as Saudi antitrust counsel through and in close cooperation with lead counsel Miura & Partners on the formation of a joint venture under the name “Beyond Materials" (JVC) jointly between Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) and FEV Consulting GmbH (FEV) in which MC and FEV will each own 50% of the total shares in JVC with the purpose to allow MC to create new value by combining its connections with Japanese material manufacturers and FEV's consulting capabilities with extensive knowledge of end product manufacturers. BREMER Law Firm assisted Mitsubishi Corporation and FEV Consulting GmbH in procuring clearance for the transaction from the General Authority for Competition (GAC), the Saudi Arabian merger control authority.
