BREMER advised Baker Hughes Company as Saudi antitrust counsel through and in close cooperation with lead counsel WilmerHale on the acquisition of Quest Integrity Group by acquiring 100 percent of the shares in TQ Acquisition, Inc. (Target) by Baker Hughes Holdings LLC (BHH LLC) from TEAM, Inc. (Seller). Target designs, develops and delivers inspection services for “un-piggable” pipelines and furnace tubes and process piping. The BREMER team was led by Dr. Nicolas Bremer, head of M&A and Merger Control at BREMER Law Firm. Dr. Bremer was assisted by Mariem Saad and Maryam Abdelgwad.
