BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Saudi Arabia, alongside Akin Grump as lead counsel, for Amberjack Capital Partners in their acquisition of a 43% stake in Dril-Quip, Inc. as part of Dril-Quip's all-stock merger with Amberjack's Innovex Downhole Solutions Inc. BREMER advised Amberjack Capital Partners and successfully represented them in procuring merger control clearance from the Saudi General Authority for Competition (GAC). The BREMER team comprised of Dr. Nicolas Bremer LL.B., Seifeldin Sameh, Fatma Elnokaly, and Naira Hassan.
