BREMER Law Firm has advised Werfen S.A. as Saudi antitrust counsel through and in close cooperation with lead counsel Milbank LLP on the acquisition of sole control over IVD Holdings Inc. (Target) by Werfen S.A. (Werfen) through its subsidiary, Ireland Acquisition, Inc. (Acquirer) in order to enable Werfen to enter new markets namely the transfusion and transplant diagnostics market. BREMER Law Firm assisted Werfen S.A. in procuring clearance for the transaction from the General Authority for Competition (GAC), the Saudi Arabian merger control authority. The BREMER team was led by Dr. Nicolas Bremer, head of M&A and Merger Control at BREMER Law Firm. Dr. Bremer was assisted by Madonna Sobhy, Mariem Saad and Asmaa Al-askary.
