BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Saudi Arabia, alongside Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu as lead counsel for MOL Chemical Tankers Pte. Ltd. on the acquisition of Fairfield Chemicals Carriers by MOL Chemical Tankers Pte. Ltd. BREMER advised MOL Chemical Tankers Pte. Ltd and Fairfield Chemicals Carriers and successfully represented them in procuring clearance from the General Authority for Competition (GAC). The BREMER team compromised of Dr. Nicolas Bremer LLP, Mariem Saad, Karim Amr and Ahmed Rabie.
