BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Saudi Arabia, alongside Davis Polk & Wardwell as lead counsel, for One Equity Partners in their acquisition of of a sole control over Ethos Energy Group Limited. BREMER advised One Equity Partners and successfully represented them in procuring merger control clearance from the Saudi General Authority for Competition (GAC).
