BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Saudi Arabia, alongside Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher as lead counsel, for Intelsat Group in their acquisition of a 100 percent of the shares and assets of Intelsat Holdings S.a.r.l.. BREMER advised KPS Capital Partners, LP and successfully represented them in procuring merger control clearance from the Saudi General Authority for Competition (GAC) .The BREMER team comprised of Dr. Nicolas Bremer, Maryam Abdelgwad, Ahmed Abdelgwad, and Seifeldin Sameh.
