BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Saudi Arabia, alongside Eubelius for CLAREBOUT NV on the acquisition of sole control over Mydibel Group by CLAREBOUT NV through through (i) the purchase of the shares of the three holding companies C.M. SRL, Bruno Mylle SRL, and BC Mylle SRL which directly or indirectly hold all shares issued by the producing entities of Mydibel Group; and (ii) the purchase of all shares issued by Transmyl SA, GTS SA, and Agromyl SRL. BREMER advised CLAREBOUT NV and Mydibel Group and successfully represented them in procuring clearance for the transaction from the General Authority for Competition (GAC). The BREMER team was compromised of Dr. Nicolas Bremer LLP, Mariem Saad, Karim Amr and Ahmed Rabie.
