BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Egypt, alongside Herbert Smith Freehills LLP as lead counsel, for NEOM Company in their joint venture with DSV Solutions Holding A/S. BREMER advised NEOM Company and successfully represented them in procuring merger control clearance from the Egyptian Competition Authority (ECA). The BREMER team was comprised of Dr. Nicolas Bremer, and Maryam Abdelgwad.
