BREMER Law Firm has advised Geely Automobile Holdings Limited as Saudi antitrust counsel through and in close cooperation with lead counsel King & Wood Malesons on the acquisition of 34.02 percent of the shares in Renault Korea Motors Co., Ltd. by Centurion Industries Limited, which is a wholly owned subsidiary by Geely Automobile Holdings Limited with the purpose to bring an all-new vehicle lineup of fuel-efficient Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV) and vehicles with internal combustion engines (ICEs) to the South Korean market as well as exploring overseas sales. BREMER Law Firm assisted Geely Automobile Holdings Limited and Renault Korea Motors Co., Ltd. in procuring clearance for the transaction from the General Authority for Competition (GAC), the Saudi Arabian merger control authority.
