BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Saudi Arabia, alongside Ropes & Gray as lead counsel for Legends Hospitality LLC on their acquisition of the outstanding issued share capital of ASM Global Parent, Inc. (Target) through its subsidiary ASM Merger Sub, Inc. (Merger Sub), which Legends indirectly owns through its subsidiary ASM Buyer Inc. (ASM Holding) from AEG Venue Management Holdings, LLC (AEG) and Onex SMG Holdings LP (Onex). BREMER advised Legends Hospitality LLC and successfully reporesented them in procuring merger control clearance from the General Authority for Competition (GAC). The BREMER team compromised of Dr. Nicolas Bremer LLP, Mariem Saad, Asmaa Eldesoky and Fatma Elnokaly.
