BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, as lead counsel, for Robert Bosch GmbH on their acquisition of Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning Holding (UK) Ltd from Johnson Controls International plc and Hitachi Global Life Solutions. BREMER advised Robert Bosch GmbH and successfully represented them in procuring merger control clearance from the Saudi General Authority for Competition (GAC), the Kuwaiti Compeition Protection Agency (CPA).
