BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Saudi Arabia, alongside Bird & Bird for Honeywell International Inc. on their acquisition of 100 percent of Civitanavi Systems S.p.A. by Honeywell S.R.L., a wholly owned subsidiary of Honeywell International Inc. through its wholly owned subsidiary Honeywell II S.R.L. from Civitanavi Systems Ltd. BREMER advised Honeywell International Inc., Honeywell S.R.L., Honeywell II S.R.L., Civitanavi Systems S.p.A., and Civitanavi Systems Ltd. and successfully represented them in procuring a merger control clearance from the General Authority for Competition (GAC).
